I’m Kamila Wagner, a Health & Wellness Coach with 7+ years of experience and a unique multicultural perspective shaped by both my European and American backgrounds. As a U.S. Army veteran, I learned the true value of discipline, resilience, and holistic well-being — not just physical health, but mental and emotional wellness too.

I know what it’s like to rebuild your identity and sense of purpose. I’ve navigated major transitions — moving across the country and adapting to a new culture at a young age, serving in the military, and then stepping back into civilian life and rediscovering who I was without the uniform.

Each transition required me to question my identity, rebuild my purpose, and learn what it truly means to live authentically rather than just go through the motions. That’s why my coaching is built for people who feel that disconnect and are ready to close the gap between the life they have and the life they actually want.
